As President of the SCSI Trade Association for over 2 decades, I had the distinct pleasure of working with Michael LoBue and his staff through our changing organizational needs, as the SCSI interface evolved, morphed, and assumed new industry challenges over the years.  Operating as the Executive Director, Michael and his organization, not only performed the basic trade group needs of: website management, dues collection,  scheduling meetings, and arranging for 3rd party assistance, but also assisted in anchoring the Board as we transitioned through the various phases of a maturing industry standard. All the while,  keeping us mindful of how the interface's evolving role in the market, impacted our organizational demands.  His group played an invaluable role as a "sounding board", and allowed us to identify and focus on our strategic needs. Michael runs a world class operation, with exceptional people, and I highly recommend his management group for any body, group or function seeking a professional Executive Director.
